Fully furnished 6-month rental available Oct. 1st-April 1st. 2B/1B, washer and dryer in unit, gigantic deck, cozy Jotul gas fireplace for heat. Close to town but secluded location with a piece of the Homer view framed by healthy and tall spruce trees. All utilities included (electricity, gas heating, H20 delivery, Starlink Wifi, driveway snow removal), tenant takes care of trash. Homeowners live in unit below, only considering tenants that are noise conscientious. Private entrance up one set of stairs. The following is an overview of the lease terms, more details will be within the lease contract. Security deposit ($1,450) and first months rent ($1,450) is due at lease signing. Lease will begin October 1st, 2023, and end April 1st, 2024. Tenant and all tenants belongings must be vacated and the house must be cleaned by April 2, 2024. The tenant(s) must be prudent in their noise level, loud and disruptive noise (i. e. banging, stomping, yelling, etc) will not be tolerated. The tenant will be delivered two written warnings before a notice of eviction will be presented. Utilities will remain in homeowners name. If a monthly electric, natural gas, or water bill greatly exceeds average winter usage range, the tenant will be charged the difference. Homeowner will provide tenant numerical ranges for each specific utility. Tenant is responsible for their trash, and shoveling their deck and stairs. The driveway is the only shared space between tenant and homeowner, and parking will be divided evenly. Both parties may only have two cars consistently parked in the driveway. Tenant may not use mailbox or physical address to receive mail.
