In regard to the specs of the house, the home has five bedrooms (three upstairs and two downstairs), large individual closets for each bedroom, two full bathrooms, fully operational large kitchen space, separate laundry area / bike room, and hardwood floors throughout. In addition, the home recently had a new central heating and air-conditioning system installed. In regard to the outside, there is a large front porch, large grass lawn with a patio and picknick table in the back, and parking spaces for five cars.
