**This is not an apartment- it is half of our house (divided by locked doors) with a private entrance.** Beautiful mountain and vineyard views at this country setting, moments from both Medford and Ashland. Great walking trails along the irrigation trails, where you can view the tablerocks, and the entire city of Medford. Private entry to your side of this ranch style house, including a standing shower in your private bath and access to the large capacity washer/dryer. My husband , Gord, and I have 2 small dogs and 2 cats on our side of the house. We plan to use the extra income to set up a fence and housing for our future ducks and goats. We would prefer a shorter lease term of 1-6 months, so we can use the space for family visits as well. No smoking, no pets, assigned off-street parking. All utilities included, including charter high speed internet. Medium size fridge/freezer in kitchenette/living room-no oven. Washer/dryer on site may be used certain hours/days. Short term lease preferred.
