Weve had a flipper give us a low ball offer (thats just what they do) and it was way above the zestimate. We are currently offering a 2% buyers agent commission (3% for full price offer or above). Someone has asked if this home is a modular/ mobile because of the rectangular shape. It is not. This home is a stick framed home with a crawl space on a block foundation. The features bullets auto populated by Zillow say Granite counter tops. This kitchen has formica on plywood counter tops. I cant figure out how to remove the granite tops feature they are showing. This home: Interior is in really nice condition. Kitchen refurb in 2000 & very well cared for since then - good working condition, but NOT modern granite counter tops.
