All furniture seen in the photos is included, 500 meg. WIFI and Utilities are all included. Two assigned parking spots with possible third. A comfortable bike ride or drive downtown and all Lakeland has to offer. Community Park on the block with playground and plenty of space for pups to roam. We dont want or intend for either party to be misled or un-informed, here are our specifics. (Please read to the end) We take a lot of pride in our property and offer above average accommodations for our guests. We strive to provide an enjoyable and comfortable stay. If this is what you are looking for, wed like to discuss the possibilities. Please ask any questions you have; we are happy to answer. For the comfort and safety of our guests, we dont tolerate unruly or disrespectful tenants. You must be respectful to our neighbors and our property. Our home has 2 bed/2 bath, fully furnished and equipped. Full size laundry in the unit. Maximum Number of occupants - 2 Adults and 4 kids. Rental minimum 3 months. Longer stays accepted and encouraged. Copy of ID must be provided. Additionally, in lieu of application fees we ask that we see a copy of your Kredit Karma or Experian App displaying your credit upon verbal agreement and personal meeting. There is no calendar function on Craigslist so please include the dates you need so we can check availability. We are in the Heart of Lakeland near dining, shopping, arts and culture downtown, many lakes. Easy travel, walking or by taxi, Uber/Lyft and public transit. Bus stop in neighborhood. Our tenant rules: (Note: Management lives on premises). All tenants are responsible for - keeping their outside areas clean of debris and possessions - Security deposit is forfeited for any damage, theft of property or other offenses. - We are a smoke free property. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any type allowed inside the unit. Must smoke outside. - We love our 4-legged friends, we do require that you clean up after them. Poop bags provided. - You are responsible for putting your trash and recyclables at the curb on the Thursday afternoon for Friday morning pick-up. And returning the receptacles to their storage area when emptied. - We are in a quiet residential neighborhood and expect our renters to respect the neighbors and their privacy. No large parties or late-night noise. No outdoor fires. - We have provided you with furnishings, kitchen tools and equipment. We understand accidents happen but expect these items to be left at the end of your stay. If a common household item breaks or stops working, please notify us so it can be repaired or replaced. - Brand new bed sheets, pillows and towels are provided with every stay. Our rates: Rent - $2300.00 per month ($2050 monthly rent includes all utilities, A/C, trash, electricity, water, cable/Wi-Fi + state and city taxes 13%) + Cleaning $ 200 (one-time fee) + Security deposit $1000 (refundable 2 weeks after check-out and inspection) =$3,300 due to secure reservation Payment breakdown: - $100.00 reservation deposit must be paid to reserve dates. - Balance of $3200.00 plus copy of ID due by day of check-in. - Monthly rent is due every 30 days from check in date. Partial month will be prorated to correspond with check/out dates. -Bi-weekly payments also accepted. - Additional days or partial monthly stays are invoiced at $90 per night We look forward to working with you.
